Service out of town.

The collecting user outside the town is a sacred right of the user, because no one would go on foot or public transportation of car to the garage to take advantage of this service (as stated still the law of 15 January 1992) The free movement of vehicles and people, and the free competition that benefits the user in this way can have a better price for equal service. The Second Section of the State Council on 11 December 1996, gave its opinion on the legality of a service car rental with driver in which the 'auto start the service requested by the customer in the municipality that issued the permit even if it goes to charge the customer in another municipality, see the link
